How we know: Version 1.3 phase dates and cutoffs come from Hotta Studio's official 1.3 Preview Special Program (August 8, 2026). The Version 1.4 launch date is official too — Hotta Studio and Perfect World Games confirmed September 30, 2026 in the 1.4 Preview Special Program on September 16, 2026, along with the three Limited Boards: Blackbird on Foretold Finale and a Lacrimosa rerun on Fading Reverie in the first half, Akane Rin on Dazzling Star in the second.
Board dates, now official: the Version 1.4 Event Calendar dates Blackbird's Foretold Finale and Lacrimosa's Fading Reverie September 30 to October 21, and Akane Rin's Dazzling Star October 21 to November 11, 2026 (UTC+8). The calendar gives days, not hours, so the countdowns use NTE's usual 10:00 open and 05:59 close.
